During testing, masked questions (stimuli) are presented on a computer screen.
Each question must be answered by pressing the same computer button.
The response should occur within up to one second.
After each answer, the next test question is presented.
The significance (importance) of test questions is determined by the speed of response (time to press the button).
Questions (stimuli) are presented on the computer screen in the form of words or phrases for a very short time (10 – 40 ms), during which a person does not have time to realize (see) them.
However, during this time, the human subconscious manages to recognize and evaluate their significance (importance).
After each stimulus, masking is presented in the form of a series of numbers for a long time (up to 600 ms), during which the person has time to see them. The purpose of camouflage is to highlight the issue so that it is impossible for them to see. At the same time, the camouflage changes every time.

A person’s task is to answer all types of questions in the same way – to click on the mouse, on the touchpad or on the space bar every time he sees the camouflage. The speed of the response (pressing the button) automatically changes depending on the significance of the presented stimuli. In StimulTest, a person’s consciousness is technologically excluded from the process of assessing the importance of issues to which only his subconscious reacts.
StimulTest technology allows you to determine a person’s emotional attitude to issues – what is acceptable for him and what is not, and to what extent.
In this regard, it should be noted that the distortion of information (lies) is a product of human consciousness (the result of critical assessment of the degree of danger). At the same time, the confirmation or denial of the existence of information (truth) is a property of the human subconscious.
Consequently, StimulTest technology allows you to receive answers to questions only from that part of the human psyche that always “tells the truth.” Isn’t this the dream of any psychologist or physiologist who studies the human psyche?
The technology allows you to present questions in three modes:
• UNCONSCIOUS mode to obtain MAXIMUM reliable (objective) results;
• CONSCIOUS mode (to obtain MINIMUM reliable (subjective) results;
• COMBINED mode for comparative analysis of objective and subjective results.
StimulTest is the first technology that allows, in one study, to find out the difference between a person’s subjective and objective attitude to the same questions (stimuli) of the test.
Research can be carried out in two modes: online and offline.
ONLINE mode with all the functionality presented in the system is applicable when connected to the Internet.
OFFLINE mode with limited functionality is applicable when there is no Internet connection. In offline mode, it is only possible to conduct research on previously prescribed tests. After connecting to the Internet, data from completed tests is automatically sent to the server, calculated results are provided within up to 5 seconds.
